Also hier mal mein guide um nicht am handy oder pc erwischt zu werden mit ABDL zeug.

On your Phone:


On Android most phones have this feature called Multiple Users (you can usually find it under Settings → System → Multiple users or Users & accounts → Users). It basically lets you create a whole separate profile on your phone — like having two phones in one.


I set up a second user just for ABDL stuff. It has its own password, and I made a new email just for that profile so I can keep all my accounts (Reddit, Amazon, whatever) separate. The fun part is that you can set the wallpaper to anything you like so it really feels like your own little hidden phone. And if you hand your phone to a friend or family member, they’ll only ever see your main profile — they won’t even know the other one exists.


On your PC:


For my computer I use a virtual machine (basically a computer inside your computer). I gave it its own password too and log into the same accounts I use on the ABDL phone profile. That way, the browser history, cookies, and downloads never touch my main system.

I used virtualbox with a win 11 iso


Whats so great about it:


– All ABDL stuff stays totally separate from your normal life.

– Nobody borrowing your phone or looking through your PC will stumble into it.

– It feels kinda fun having a private space that’s just for you.


This won’t stop someone who’s seriously digging through your tech, but for casual snooping it’s a really solid way to keep things private.

Eine virtuelle Maschine für AB/DL-Sachen verwende ich auch, aber nicht mit einem Windows-ISO, sondern mit einem Lubuntu-Image. Lubuntu ist dank seinem leichtgewichtigem Desktop LXDE sehr effizient. Und Windows 11 würde ich sowieso nicht trauen, alleine schon wegen Recall, diesem unheimlichen KI-Teil, das ständig Screenshots anfertigt.

Ich nutze online generell Linux (Kubuntu ist vom Gefühl her am nächsten am gewohnten Windows) und habe mehrere Firefox-Profile. Das reicht in der Regel. So "verboten" ist das Thema ja nun nicht, dass man damit gleich extreme Paranoia schieben muss. Der Tipp mit dem Smartphone ist gut, wusste ich noch nicht. Allerdings habe ich da außer meinem Romeo-Profil und der DiapStash-App auch nichts weiter drauf. Telegram noch, mit einem extra DL-Account. Dort ist es dann wirklich zu riskant, den normalen Account zu nehmen. Bei Google angemeldet bin ich eh nicht.

Das Hauptproblem an Windows ist, dass es von Haus aus nicht verschlüsselt ist. Zwar hat man ein Benutzerpasswort, aber die Daten liegen trotzdem mehr oder weniger offen zugänglich auf der Festplatte bzw. SSD. Einfach ein externes Betriebssystem booten (Linux vom Stick, oder auch ein anderes Windows mit Admin-Rechten), oder den Datenträger in einen anderen PC stecken, und schon hat man alles vor sich. Eine Verschlüsselung ist also absolute Pflicht! Ob man dann dem integrierten BitLocker traut (Closed Source, gehört einem von einer schurkischen Regierung abhängigen, gewinnorientierten Konzern) oder lieber was anderes nimmt, ist dann Ansichtssache, aber ganz ohne Verschlüsselung ist das System mit all seinen Informationen halt offen wie ein Scheunentor.
