The most active ABDL forum in English, is ADISC dot org .

The most active ABDL forum in French, is abkingdom dot com , followed by abdlkingdom dot com .

The Spanish one is nearly dead, I have to agree to Annie.

Hmm. In my view dailydiapers is at least as active as adisc. In any case, both are very active and probably the largest ones in the english speaking world.
